I agree 100% with lady bug! This new format is lousy. I've been online for 45 minutes and haven't been able to find/play a game yet. What is up with this? Can't "we" go back to what we had before, PLEASE?/!

AOL and POGO need to go back to their old format and leave it along.
I have been on line for 1 hour trying to get the WORD WHOMP game to load and it just keeps telling me it is loading!! I think I will cancel my POGO stuff and find a new carrier. This is ridiculus!!!!!! I play a lot of games on line for therapy on my mind and my hands. Well, just sitting and watching it try to load doesn't get it!!!!!!!!

I normally consider myself to be a fairly intelligent person.....That was until Pogo changed everything topsy-turvy on me!!!!! Now I have sat here like an imbecile trying to figure out how to get onto specific game pages, or how to stay there if I happen to accidentally wander onto a site. This change, in my opinion, is a total disaster. I also don't find the instructions easy to follow. Some one please HELP.
We're aware of the jumping across sites thing. It's a terrible experience. It is our number one priority to get that repaired.

When will pogo ACTUALLY PLAY dominoes and see the mess toward end of game. The configuration is a jumble of dominoes one on top of the other. Just return to the smaller dominoes when the table fills! It was much easier......don't fix something that doesn't need fixing!
This new system isnt a very worthy effort. Game were much easier to access before this "New and improved" page. Pogo games seem to have disappeared completely and I am paying membership monthly. What is being done to correct this mess?
Pogo games will be removed from the navigation once you head over to games.com.
That is an oversight on our part. It is the first thing we repair once we add our latest round of repaired.

Please be aware that once you click on a Pogo game you may be prompted to log in again. We know this is a bad experience and AGAIN, its on the list.

this new aol is very hard to use...i liked the old page much better.. change is bad in this case.. now i cant even get logged on to pogo... what is wrong with this website...

I agree with #9 we are paying for something that we are not getting, Go back to the way it was.Don't try to fix something that wasn't broken. You have a lot of upset members.
Takes too long to load-no longer easy to navigate. I signed up for those reason.I don't/won't download anything to play----seems to cause an issue with my computer. So many players on Club Pogo---top dollar--your making them upset, stp enhancung products that were working fine!
Where in the Hell is Pogo. I installed a new pc and when I got back on line Pogo is hidden somewhere deep in AOL games. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My computer keeps on coming up that if I go any futher with this download it will mess up my computer. I have not been able to play any games for a few months now, since AOL has changed their welcome page. I do not feel welcome anymore that I do not get to play games online. It is not worth the risk of crashing my computer......I want my money back too if I no longer can get online to play games. Dawn

I CANNOT PLAY POGO GAMES. I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP, THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED OR SOME CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT, DOES ANYONE ELSE SHARE MY FEELINGS? What's happened to POGO? I can't get the page to open up -----why am I paying for games I don't even have access to? This use to be a fun passtime ---now it's turned into a frustrating mess -----if this isn't put back to the original format, I want to discontinue my subscription. Who do I talk to now?

If you are having trouble getting to Club Pogo please make sure:
1. That you are logged in with the Member Name you purchased your Member Ship with.
2. You try accessing their site from OUTSIDE of the AOL client. Using Internet Explorer and go to http://www.pogo.com/home/home-cpdc.jsp?site=aolc
If you continue to have trouble. Please go to http://help.pogo.com
That is Pogo.com help section. They will be best equipped to help.

I have been a member for several years, and renewed my subscription in September. Your recent changes to the Club Pogo homepage are lousy. It used to be easy to go on Pogo and play. Now, it's bloody inconvenient!!!!! All the signing in is stupid. It needs to go back to the way it used to be.

I have sent four requests for help to get the home screen. The problem has not been corrected. Is it impossible to communicate with a service representative? Evidently you don't value your longtime customers.
I can not get to the home screen to play pogo. I have paid to play these games. Give me back my money or make it easier to get to the games. I will not renew my subscription if this is not corrected. I think that the support system for pogo stink. I seems that if you are paying, there would be some type of support. This game sight is getting worst than it already was.

Why is it that when I try to shop at the Mall for my pogo mini it keeps telling me that I put in the wrong password? I have never had any other password. Please help, I would like to get some things from the pogo mall. thank you
I am tired not able to get on pogo and I have been a member for a while and this is terrible. You take my money out of my account ever month so what is the problem that I can't get on. If this keeps up I will not have it anymore and play it for free. It seems they always win anyway. Sbreed123 is very unhappy. I am a senior and this is my past time since we are on a limited budget. I hate the new home page format...they have taken away access to everything that once was listed on the home page. You cannot get to the Help section without going through a new sign in process. The My Stuff column is gone. The page layout is not player friendly. I'm really thinking about canceling my account.
