Another Long Week At Games

Well,  as we all can see I have not been posting.  It happens.  You get busy and things fall off the radar.  At AOL games things have been heating up.  Here is what I have been specifically working on this week.
1.  Getting more of games wrapped in our chat system.
This is an on going process that helps us in the long run.  Some members have trouble,  but it is maybe an hour of trouble shooting away from being resolved.  Once everything is wrapped,  we'll be able to monitor things more effectively.
2.  Following up on bugs from 980
Well,  we've gone wide and not too many people are pissed off! Which is great!  We did lose our leaderboards for solitaire games,  but we're trying to get those back up.
3.  We have a new feedback address that I am working on solutions for.
People are writing in, and have a ton to say!  I'm still working out a good auto-response so that our AOL games players can at least get some help with their issues.  There are only 3 full time employees of AOL games so we need automated processes.
4. Reviewing more games!  We're working on some deals with other companies to bring a more diverse style of game and I am tasked with finding the good ones.  If you have a tip,  please let me know!
5.  The World Series Of Poker is moving along.
AOL games sends 12 people to the WSOP free of charge and we have a whole package of content we're getting out the door.  I have some email interviews to do and LOTS of articles to post.  It should be interesting.
6.  Last but not least....BINGO
Bingo went into beta for AOL games about a month ago and was a huge disappointment.  We're trying to rectify all those issues and hope to have a public viewing available next week.  We're crossing our fingers!  Should be fine.
