What the Heck! - Issues with the site.

As many people have noticed our site has had some trouble.   Yesterday we had a hard ware issue that caused the games to go down.  We battled and worked to get the games back up.  The games were up and down most of the day.

When the games were finally stabilized we were all excited.  However,  we then found out that our star rated games (Bingo, Solitaire Classic, Tri-peaks Solitaire and Slots Lounge) were having issues.  Stars were simply not being awarded in those games.  Once we found out about that,  we had to ACTUALLY take the games down again and restart them.

Finally,  at around 10 PM everything was back to normal.  It was a very trying day and we thank everyone for hanging in there with us.  We know you have a choice in playing games and appreciate that you have chosen to play with us.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

It is 4:27pm in So. California and the slots lounge is not up! No error message. No nothing. Just a black screen and an annoying little 'done' in the lower left corner. cleared every cache I have and it is not working.

$39.00 to play POGO games and then am told "the server is too busy."   "Try again later."    It's happening much too often.

I played black and white slots tonight.  Hit a red seven with two double jackpots.
Was playing $100 betting 5.  Won only 800.  Three red sevens is 500.  How could
a red seven with two double jackpots be 800?

Howdy  - what the heck is right.  I play the slots - today I go to log in and I have 12,000 plus stars - 2 stamps and my over 5 million dollars in my wallet is GONE.  I think that somehow someone needs to figure out how I get my money back.  Will appreciate your feedback -

When the games went down, could player names have been changed?  I have been playing games under kingkong10008199 for a long time and had almost 16,000,000 tokens.
When I signed on the other night my player name had been changed to kingkong460.
I did not make this change and I am ver concerned about losing my tokens.  I have built them up for a long time.

Can u help me in this matter?

Kong,  if the issue is with tokens,  then you need to contact pogo.  We do  not handle their customer issues at AOL.  Please go to http://help.pogo.com and they'll be able to help.
